Post Theme: Mary’s Christmas in Philadelphia – Sneak Peek
No lengthy post today, just a little Christmas Eve gift as promised. With all of life’s unexpected events the last two years, the rewrite of the next Barren Fields, Fruitful Gardens book has take much longer than expected. But it is still in progress.
The story, which was originally written over the course of several years, is quite lengthy and will most likely be divided into two chronologically parallel books, one following Dunn and the other following Marianne. While there’s still much to do on both books, I wanted to give you a little sneak peek.
Choosing which Christmas to share with you was difficult since the story contains multiple Christmas Eve and Christmas Day scenes. The family is growing after all! In the end, I thought you might enjoy this peek at Mary’s first Christmas away from home.
